The KARLite Professional Studio Cube Daylight Kit is designed for studio and location use. The Cube Kit performs three functions:

Isolate reflective subjects from their surroundings, minimising reflections. Creates a completely enclosed environment and provides a shadowless light source. Bathed in Daylight Balanced light to the same standard colour temperature as your camera sensor - provides true point & shoot capability

The cube is constructed from a double sided material, velvet-like on the inside to provide more diffusion and minimise internal reflections - whilst having no effect on the colour temperature, the new Studio Cube benefits from several new features:

Double opening twin zipped slots on the front cover to offer more versatile lens locations for very reflective subjects such as brass. Velcro across the entire width, to offer easier positioning of the background slips. Bottomless design, allows for more versatility in "copy" type shots and also helps to provide a completely (when used with a paper background) flat surface to place your subjects onto - especially useful for "Hard to Balance objects", such as jewellery. The inside has a crocodile clip which will support a sheet of paper to make a gradient curve - easily available and offering an even greater choice of background colours. All zips have been uprated to offer an even longer lifespan.

The cube can be lit from the sides, from above, from behind, from the front, and even from underneath with a suitable product table. Adaptable, very lightweight and available as a 100cm (40") cube. 50cm & 80cm versions also available.

The lighting heads are our well known DL4 Dalylight balanced heads providing sufficient light to capture your product perfectly.  These professional quality heads are constructed in a rubberised metal body with an integral reflector, making them a solid performer without any of the problems associated with other heads that have removable reflectors.

The DAY-LiTE 4 is easy to use with the equivalent of 500 watts of light per head making it the perfect choice for smaller lighting requirements than the standard 9 or 12 bulb head.

Each bulb has an average lifespan of 8000 hrs
