We are pleased to announce the arrival of the new KARLite Cool KARRI-Lite 70w Kit, adding a completely Portable solution to our range of daylight balanced fluorescent head

This professional quality head is constructed in a rubberised metal body with an integral 60cm x 60cm Softbox with cover, making it a solid performer without any of the transport problems associated with other heads that have removable reflectors.

It's design is best described as being similar in operation to an umbrella, the soft box is simply opened and a central locking ring (shown below) is pushed down to lock the soft box in place. When finished, simply pull the locking ring out and the whole soft box collapses for simple storage within it's bag, ready for the next time it is required.

The KARRI-Lite 60 is easy to use with the equivalent of 360 watts of light per head making it the perfect choice for smaller lighting requirements than the standard 4, 9 or 12 bulb head. It's versatility will be most appreciated by the travelling photographer who spends their time doing Small Product/Baby or Single Portraits.

It uses the same bulbs as the rest of our Daylight heads, making them easy to replace when necessary.

Each bulb has an average lifespan of 5000 hrs

The heads have a power switch on the cable.
